Privacy policy

Kisture is a made-to-order boutique based in Casablanca, Morocco. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@kisture.ma — we are the controller of your personal data.

To place and deliver your order: your name, WhatsApp number and — if you choose to share it in a note — delivery preferences. We need these to confirm the cut and arrange cash-on-delivery.

Your measurements: the size you select, or the numbers derived by the body scan (bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve, length, inseam). They exist so our tailors can cut your piece and, if you order again, remember your profile.

If you join the VIP list: your e-mail (and optionally your WhatsApp number) for drop announcements and early access. Every e-mail includes a way out.

The advanced measurement runs entirely in your browser using on-device (WASM) pose tracking. Camera frames are processed in memory and never uploaded to our servers — only the final numbers, if you choose to send them with your order, are saved. A live blur covers your face during the scan, and you can stop it at any time.

We use essential cookies to run the boutique (your session, your measurement profile on your own device). Analytics — Meta Pixel and Google Analytics — load only after you accept them in the banner. For confirmed orders, our server also forwards a purchase event to Meta’s Conversions API with your phone number hashed (SHA-256) and never in plain text; we do not store raw PII in our analytics records.

Our delivery partner receives the name and phone number needed to hand you the parcel and collect payment. We use WhatsApp Business to confirm orders and send delivery updates. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, for any reason.

Order records are kept for accounting purposes (up to ten years as required by Moroccan law). Measurement profiles are kept while your account is active or your last order is open, plus 30 days for alterations. Audit records of back-office changes are kept two years. VIP list entries stay until you ask us to remove them.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or erase it — one e-mail to hello@kisture.ma is enough. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Moroccan data-protection authority (CNDP).

If this policy changes materially, we will say so on this page and in our WhatsApp broadcasts before it takes effect.
