Terms & conditions

Every piece is cut after you order, to the measurements you chose (standard size or advanced scan). That means your order is a small production contract: once fabric is cut, it is yours — so please double-check your size and note before confirming.

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT. Payment is cash on delivery only — you inspect your piece before you pay. We never ask for prepayment, card details or transfers through social media.

After you order, the atelier confirms the cut with you on WhatsApp (usually within a few hours). Production typically takes 1–7 days depending on the drop queue; our capacity is fifty pieces per day, and orders are cut in measurement order. If today’s run is full, we will tell you immediately and offer the next priority slot.

We deliver across Morocco via our courier partner. A delivery requires a working phone number — the courier calls to arrange the moment. If you cannot be reached after repeated attempts, the piece returns to the atelier and we hold it for 72 hours before releasing the capacity.

You may refuse the parcel at the door and owe nothing — no questions asked. Because the piece was cut for you, it then goes on hold for 72 hours in case you change your mind; after that it returns to our availability. Repeated refusals may lead us to ask for a deposit on future orders.

If the fit is not right, we make it right: free alterations for 30 days from delivery (side seams, hems, sleeves, darts). The guarantee covers the fit of the piece as ordered; it does not cover body changes after delivery, or damage from wear or washing contrary to the care label.

If a piece arrives with a fault of ours — a seam, a button, a mark — tell us within 7 days and we repair, replace or refund it, as you prefer. Repairs and replacements are on us, including transport within Morocco.

Our responsibility is limited to the price you paid for the piece. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here removes your consumer rights under Moroccan law — if the law gives you more, the law wins.

The Kisture name, the monogram, the atelier seal and our designs and product art belong to us. Photos of your piece are yours to share — tag us and we will celebrate with you.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Casablanca, unless the law assigns your case elsewhere.
